Terms and Conditions
All treatments are arranged through an advance appointment system only.
The price list given is a basic guide, and may be varied according to any personal tailoring of treatment programmes that may be needed or requested.
For the initial consultation, during which the patient's medical history and treatment strategy are discussed and planned, there will be a charge of £40 which will be subsequently redeemable against the cost of an agreed treatment. New patients will always need an initial consultation, but those returning for subsequent treatment programmes may not need a consultation.
In addition, once a treatment programme has been agreed, a non-returnable 50% deposit is charged, which is subsequently redeemable against the final treatment fee.
All payments must be by cash, cheque or BACS online payment.
We appreciate that patients cannot always keep their appointments. If you ever find it necessary to rearrange an appointment, please give as much notice as possible. Due to the costs I incur, any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours before that appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited. If this occurs, the deposit will not be deducted from any final treatment fee.
Please inform us at the time of booking your appointment if you have any medical conditions or health issues that we should be aware of, including pregnancy and breast feeding . This will help us to advise you if the treatment requested is appropriate and if inappropriate what alternative treatment can be offered to you.
For treatments that are carried out in the privacy of your home, we would appreciate it if you could ensure that there is a room available for the treatment(s) to be carried out, especially when spray tans are done and when portable massage tables are required.
We may arrive a few minutes before the planned appointment time as this enables us to set up all relevant equipment needed for the treatments and allows us to start on time.
Our Ruby and Dolly Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months. The date of issue will be on the gift card. Please, mention when making a booking that you have a gift voucher that you would like to redeem .
If you have a voucher and you would like to use it for a different treatment than the one listed, we are happy to change the treatment to the treatment of your choice and if necessary the difference in price if needed can be made up for.
There is though no cash redemption on vouchers.
Payment can be made in cash , by cheque, by gift voucher or via an online transaction.
A minimum booking fee of £25 is required for the beauty side of Ruby and Dolly.
We would appreciate at least a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Should we arrive and you cancel at the time of your appointment without prior notification, unfortunately, you will have to pay the full cost of the treatment.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the planned appointment you will incur a 50% cancellation fee equalling 50% of the treatment fee.
If you cancel regularly (three time in a row) and give us less then 24hr notice, a deposit of 50% will be asked prior to your next treatments.
Please note a deposit of 50% will be asked when booking a pamper party. The deposit will be paid for when booking the appointment . The deposit will then be deducted from the final payment.
If for whatever reason the pamper party needs to be cancelled, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required, as this will ensure a full refund. Unfortunately, failure to this, results in the loss of your deposit.
We are willing to travel within a radius of 10 miles. For any call-out beyond 10 miles, an additional fee of 50p per mile will be added.
